Adam is a ten year old autistic boy and a new patient of House’s. House is having problems diagnosing the young boy and what or why he continues to scream all the time. Meanwhile Cuddy changes House’s office around and House decides he hates it so much that he refuses to use his office until it is returned back to the way he left it. House than realizes that without his office he is lost and keeps sneaking off into other rooms and offices.
